today i am grateful for my friends, they make school easier and uplift the overall mood for the day. talking to them is very refreshing after the heavy workload.

today i'm grateful for my education, because not everyone has access to it and it's important. knowledge is power and it elevates your mind and challenges you. having an easy access to education is truly a blessing and should not be taken for granted. learning is fun and should be more appreciated.
today i'm grateful for sleep, because it recharges the body to keep going another day. getting a good night's sleep every night is very important because it's healthy for our bodies and we just need it in general. especially in high school because it is very common to develop bad sleeping habits during this stage of life. getting enough sleep every night can improve a plethora of things such as mood, mental wellbeing, and motivation.
today i am grateful for coffee, it helps you wake up in the morning and it tastes good. my favorite place to get it from is dunkin because the ordering process isn't as detailed as starbucks and it just tastes better. i get a medium iced latte with 1 pump of french vanilla and carmel syrup so it's not too sweet. overall dunkin coffee tops every other place there is.
today i am grateful for food, especially when i feel like i haven't ate in 3 weeks when in reality it's only been a few hours cause i skip breakfast. i am thankful for chips because they come in clutch the most and they're convenient, especially hot cheetos cause they are my favorite. i also really like honey buns and sour candy, these snacks during the school day hit the spot. i am thankful for the food that keeps me going at school.
today i am grateful for my airpods, they get me through the day a lot smoother than without them. they're loud and stimulate my brain perfectly. i'm glad i invested and purchased them because they are truly lifesavers. i love my airpods.
i am grateful for myself and all of my accomplishments and achievements, everything about me. my determination and ability to push myself through whatever happens. i truly enjoy the person that i am and i am thankful for my upbringing because it shaped me into who i am today. my personality and morals are everything to me

i'm healthy and happy which isn't something that should be taken for granted but is most of the time sickness or any kind of injuries make you realize how blessed you are when you're perfectly fine i am truly grateful for the overlooked aspects of life. today i am grateful for my family that i don't get to see too often because they are in kentucky where i'm from
my dad's side of the family and the rest of my mom's family are all down there, but i get to see them in 2 weeks because we are going to visit. being away from family, even extended family can seem like you're missing out on each other and its hard to always catch up but it's all love no matter what we leave for kentucky on the 25th of this month and come back on the 1st of november. today i'm grateful for my spotify playlist, it has every song that really speaks to me and gets me through the day more smoothly.
music is very therapeutic for me because it keeps me focused, relaxes me, and boosts my mood. the songs i listen to have gotten me through a lot, my music is like a safety blanket for me in a way because it comforts any mood i may be in. i have about 5 playlists as of right now and each have their own purpose, i'm listening to my rnb one right now. |
